1) In order to proceed with the purchase, the customer must first complete the registration by filling out the online form. Once picked out the products, select them and add them to cart.

2) Order validity - The customer who places orders on online store must pay within three working days; after this time frame the order will be considered as canceled and the ordered items will be put back on sale.

3) Thesaurus srl sells on behalf of third parties, from which it has received a regular sales mandate and is therefore responsible towards buyers and suppliers solely as an agent. All the goods offered for sale are guaranteed authentic, unless otherwise indicated and of legitimate and lawful origin. At customer's request, the goods can be provided with a certificate of guarantee with the sealed bag, signed by our expert.

4) The description of the individual lots, bibliographic references, rarity and conservation are indicated with care, while being always the result of a personal evaluation. To facilitate the vision of the lots for sale, photos of the items have been included in the List at high resolution, which allow customers an easy classification and an excellent examination of their preservation. In the descriptions are always highlighted any significant defects that may not be visible in the photos.

5) The sale is for correspondence with prepayment in the manner indicated in the section "Payment Methods". Upon receipt of the credit, the shipment of the purchased lots will take place.

6) Shipments are made with care and always in insured form for the amount of the invoice or in a different form if expressly requested by the buyer. The goods travel at the expense and risk of the customer with the service of San Marino Post Office and/ or Poste Italiane or eventualmentr by courier. The goods are shipped by an invoice.

7) Any claim will be considered only if submitted, put in writing, within 10 days from the reception of the goods and anticipated also with email to thesaurusaste@gmail.com

If the dispute is well founded, Thesaurus will refund the amount paid by the customer. Any obligation and liability of Thesaurus srl will be limited to reimbursement only, excluding any claim also related to any claims for damages suffered.

At the discretion of Thesaurus, the purchased specimens can also be sent to the customer sealed in a transparent bag with the expert’s signature and in case of return they must return with the seal intact and not removed, as they were sent.

8) Before proceeding with the purchase, the foreign customer is invited to inquire about any current restrictions in their country for the import of ancient and Italian coins. The purchaser is responsible for handling any customs formalities and charges for export.

9) Only the Italian text is authentic, the translations in other languages are reported exclusively for the convenience of the customer. For any dispute the competent court is the one of the Republic of San Marino.

10)The order of goods from the online price list implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale.
